In terms of precision control, the equipment adopts Beijing KND numerical control system and Taiwan Shangyin high-precision linear guide, matching the self-developed adaptive honing head expansion mechanism. The processing accuracy can reach IT7 level, the roundness error is controlled within 0.02mm, and the surface roughness is as low as Ra 0.2μm, effectively correcting the taper and ovality errors of workpieces.

In terms of processing efficiency and adaptability, the GHH series shows outstanding advantages. It covers a processing aperture range of φ30mm to φ250mm and a maximum processing depth of 20000mm, which can fully meet the processing needs of long workpieces such as large hydraulic cylinders and coal supports. The variable frequency spindle motor with 7.5kW power realizes stepless speed regulation of 20-300r/min, and the servo-driven reciprocating system enables the honing head to move at a speed of 5-20m/min.
